The Alameda County Probation Department offers a wide range of reentry services to support individuals who are returning to their communities after incarceration. Some areas of services include the Center of Reentry Excellence (CORE), employment, family reunification, housing, mental health, substance recovery, etc. If you are AB 109 eligible and would like to get connected to any of these services, ask your Deputy Probation Officer for a referral. Join us at the Probation Resource Orientation to learn about your responsibilities and what to expect while on supervision with the Alameda County Probation Department (ACPD). This will take place during the first hour of the Community Resource Forum (CRF) on Thursday, January 8th from 11 am-12 pm at 100 Hegenberger Rd, Oakland, CA. Immigrant & Undocumented Resources (One-pager)

CCPEC Program and Services Workgroup 2026 This workgroup meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month in April, August, and October, from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. While the topics may vary from meeting to meeting, the goal remains the same: to ensure that programs, supports, and services for the Realignment community are welcoming, accessible, and available to those who need and want them. This month’s agenda with details on the discussion topics will be sent out at a later date, before the meeting. Please join us as we listen, share, and work together to strengthen our system for everyone it touches. This is an open public meeting, and we encourage you to share the invitation widely. The more diverse the voices and experiences in the room, the better our outcomes will be. It is especially important that we hear from people who are, or have been, part of the Realignment community. Our neighbors and friends who have lived through the challenges we are trying to address deserve the power to influence how services are designed, delivered, and experienced.
