A case management program providing multidisciplinary psychiatric treatment to individuals with a dual diagnosis. Also provides specialized services to individuals who have substance abuse problems in addition to a psychiatric disability. Clinical staff includes psychologists, clinical social workers, marriage, family and child counselors, case managers, RNs, housing and vocational specialists, and psychiatric technicians. Does not take referrals directly from the community; the County makes all referrals to this program.
