Acts as one of the referring agencies to the North County Winter Shelter in Oakland. These agencies determine if client is eligible for referral to the North County Winter Shelter. Length of stay for all clients that are eligible to remain at the North County Winter Shelter is for a period of 28 days. Clients are eligible for extensions at the shelter on a case-by-case basis.
