Provides case management, evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and wrap around services (parenting classes, peer support, community service activities, mental health/medical resources, barrier removal, life skills training, mentoring) and partners with community organizations to get adults connected to services (e.g. Educational services, employment assistance, and substance abuse/mental health treatment).
