Alpha Omega Foundation

Provides a community resource center to help individuals in need. Offers transitional housing at two separate locations in Oakland for up to 42 single persons. Conducts random drug tests. Probationary period of 4 weeks, followed by mandatory attendance at group meetings. Disabled people are welcome.
