81st Avenue Branch Library

Library Services at no cost. The 81st Avenue Library opened on January 29th, 2011, after years of collaboration between the City of Oakland, the State of California, and Oakland Unified School District. Located on the site of ACORN Woodland and EnCompass Academy elementary schools, the 81st Avenue Library serves as a joint public/school library.
